Low-E Vacuum Insulated Glass Panel For Display Cooler Display Freezer, Display Refrigerator
Product Description of Low-E Vacuum Insulated Glass:
Insulating glass is made of two or more pieces of glass with the middle part separated by the hollow aluminum spacer which is filled with the desiccant. The insulating glass part is filled with dry air or inert gas and sealed by butyl glue, sulfur glue or structural sealant.
Vacuum-insulated glazing units are made up of 2 panes of glass with a very small air space. The air space contains spacers which help maintain the separation between the panes. The vacuum eliminates conduction and convection but not radiation, so a low-E coating is necessary on the pane of glass.
